The EasySep™ Human B Cell Isolation Kit is designed to isolate B cells from fresh or previously frozen peripheral blood mononuclear cells or washed leukapheresis samples by immunomagnetic negative selection. The EasySep™ procedure involves labeling unwanted cells with antibody complexes and magnetic particles. The magnetically labeled cells are separated from the untouched, desired cells by using an EasySep™ magnet and simply pouring or pipetting the desired cells into a new tube. This product can be used in place of the EasySep™ Human B Cell Enrichment Kit (Catalog #19054) for even faster cell isolations.

The EasySep™ Mouse Monocyte Isolation Kit targets non-monocyte cells by labeling unwanted cells with antibodies and magnetic particles, and separates cells without columns using an EasySep™ magnet. Desired cells are simply poured off into a new tube. Isolated cells are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture or cell-based assays.This product replaces the EasySep™ Mouse Monocyte Enrichment Kit (Catalog #19761) for even faster cell isolations.

The EasySep™ Mouse Naïve CD8+ T Cell Isolation Kit is designed to isolate naïve CD62L+CD44-CD8+ T cells from single-cell suspensions of splenocytes or lymph nodes by negative selection. Unwanted cells are targeted for removal with biotinylated antibodies that are directed against non-naïve CD8+ T cells (CD4, CD11b, CD11c, CD19, CD44, CD45R/B220, CD49b, TCRγ/δ, TER119) and streptavidin-coated magnetic particles. Labeled cells are separated using an EasySep™ magnet without the use of columns. Desired cells are poured off into a new tube.

It binds to Strep-tagII- or Twin-Strep-tag- fusion proteins with a high affinity.Cells can either be stained directly if they express a strep-tagged surface protein or indirectly via a strep-tagged protein that subsequently binds to the cells (e.g. for sorting antigen-specific B cells). Independent from the chosen method, biotin addition will cause the release of Strep-TactinXT PE from the cell surface. This enables the use of selected cells for further downstream applications.This conjugate is especially recommended for low-affinity or low-expressed targets.
